Group Revenue Manager

The Talbot Collection are currently recruiting for a Group Revenue Manager to join their team.  The successful candidate will ensure that revenue is being capitalised in all revenue centres across the group, by means of thorough analysis and review, and the implementation of techniques and strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven revenue manager who wishes to become part of a dynamic and growing group.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5 years’ previous Revenue Management experience at minimum;

  • At least 2 years' previous experience managing a team;

  • An excellent understanding of the hotel business, its varying revenue streams to include both rooms and food and beverage; and a profuse knowledge of market demands and variations;

  • Excellent analytical skills;

  • Must have own transport and be flexible in terms of attending each of the properties on a regular basis and subject to business needs;

**This position may be primarily based in any of the Talbot Collections five hotels: Talbot Hotel Wexford, Talbot Hotel Stillorgan, Talbot Hotel Carlow, Midleton Park Hotel and Oriel House Hotel. Location is dependent on the successful candidate.
