We pride ourselves on our continuous focus on training and development and we have a consistent programme of refresher training to meet all regulatory and best practice standards.
We want to see our staff develop their full potential so we invest heavily in supporting employees to enhance their skills and knowledge to ensure we can provide high quality services on an ongoing basis.
We have developed a culture of continuous learning and assisting our employees undertaking further learning and development to building their careers with us. This may take the form of financial support for third level courses and programmes and we have many staff currently pursuing third level programmes in nursing, social care and health care leadership. In addition, we invest in CPD training for nursing staff and for all members of our MDT service; our approach is to ensure that any training we invest in makes a positive difference to the quality of services to our residents and builds skills within our staff.
