Travel Agent Commission Terms
- A 12% commission applies to eligible bookings made under this promotion.
- Commission is calculated on the net accommodation revenue only (excluding VAT, meals, or any additional charges unless otherwise agreed).
- Commission is payable post-departure only.
- After guest departure, the travel agent must request a VAT invoice from the hotel.
- The hotel will calculate the commission due and confirm the amount payable.
- The travel agent will then issue an invoice to the hotel for the agreed commission.
- Payment will be made by the hotel within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice.
