1. The 20% discount coupon is valid for redemption on online bookings only. 
2. The coupon is valid for Bed & Breakfast packages at all hotels. At Talbot Suites, which are self-catering, the coupon is still valid, but breakfast is not included. 
3. The coupon is not valid on existing or previously made bookings and cannot be applied retrospectively.
4. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount, or voucher.
5. All bookings made using the coupon are subject to availability. The coupon may be restricted on certain dates, including but not limited to peak periods, special events, or blackout dates.
6. The coupon may be used on bookings made up to and including 31 March 2026, for stays up to and including 31 December 2026.
7. In the event of cancellation, the coupon will be deemed used and will not be reissued.
8. The Talbot Collection reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, where reasonably necessary.
